I pitched, landed, then worked with Geek Squad for nine years, creating and directing every piece of work that went out the doors. In addition to all broadcast, print, outdoor, online and PR, I led store design and turned the development of a private-label product line into a communication medium. I was along for the growth from 25 Agents in one office to more than 15,000 Agents in the U.S., Canada and Europe. I helped define business objectives, operational tactics and developed agent training to make sure the brand was infused in the very DNA of the company. Well, that, and re-learned how to play Dungeons & Dragons. To announce the nationwide launch of the Geek Squad, we created a series of spots showing the Geek Squad Agents coming the rescue of people under siege by unruly computers.
