The Google Play Music Block. We created a reactive experience that harnessed Google Play Music machine learning intelligence and connected with festival goers with the music they love. We brought to life a physical manifestation of the product itself. The Block interprets and expresses every moment, acting as a heartbeat of the festival. And it blasted constantly evolving art, music and culture for 36 hours straight. The Block even pulled in live feeds of the performers, fans and social.
Most importantly, we not only joined the music conversation, we drove it. For 72 hours straight, we were the conversation. And we inspired the festival culture the entire time.
